Amazing Animarvelous!
Taking care of animals is a huge responsibility. As a fourth grader, I came to realize a lot about them after my interview with Ms. Diaz. Ms. Irene Diaz is the advisor of Animarvelous. I had a great conversation with her and learned a lot from this afterschool acitivity.

Donated dog food and dog cage to help animals affected by the recent flood
Animarvelous is open to third and fourth graders who want to help animals in need. They meet every Thursday at 2:15 pm in Ms. Diaz’s classroom. Their goal is to raise awareness, and be respectful to animals. They also want to make the people more involved in helping out. They share ideas and do different activities during their meetings.
Animarvelous is a place…
- to wonder and think about animals
- to ask and answer questions about animals
- where we will get to understand the needs of animals
- where we will find ways to help animals
- where we will share our ideas and create media to share helpful information with the rest of the Elementary School
- where we will learn about and donate to organizations who care about animals

Rules to follow
Anyone can help animals in anyway they can. It doesn’t matter how young or old a person is! So if you want to find out how to learn, love and help animals, ANIMARVELOUS is the right place to come.
